NXN Week Nov 11-16

Monday - 10 min warm up, 20 mins steady state, 10 min cool down - On your own or meet as a group at Capital

Tuesday - 10 min warm up, 2 * 300m hills, 15 mins easy, 6 * 200m on track, 10 min cool down - Meet at Capital 3:15

Wednesday - 35 mins recovery run - On your own or meet as a group at Capital

Thursday - 30 mins recvoery run - On your own or meet as a group at Capital

Friday - 20 mins recovery run, 3 * 100m strides - Meet at Capital 3:15

Saturday - NXN Race, Eagle Island State Park
